Description
-
A classroom in the grade school in south San Angelo, Texas. The rooms in this school were clean, well-lighted and cheerful; the equipment seemed to be that of the average Texas school. Because of the varying ages of the pupils in the same class, some children were seated at desks much too small for them.

Looking down a street in a new addition outside the city limits of San Angelo, Texas. Frank Farias, real estate agent who is handling this addition for A. Turner, owner, said that many of the people were moving out here from the crowded and low north side of town because it was better for the children , more space and clean. Some were also moving into San Angelo from the nearby small towns and rural areas.
