Jack Brooks was the chairman of the subcommittee and engaged in a lengthy investigation of the FAA. Four months after this report was released, the plane carrying the Marshall University football team crashed in Huntington, West Virginia killing all on board. The draft originally had 10 different Articles but handwritten edits brought it down to 7 different Articles. The House Judiciary Committee ultimately agreed upon three articles of impeachment against President Nixon. A label on the front says "Draft Showing Most Changes" [camh-dob-001678].
