Oral history of Bill Stransky conducted by David Todd on July 30, 2020. Stransky is the executive director of Texas RICE, short for Rice Industry Coalition for the Environment. In this interview, he discusses his work in promoting waterfowl populations and restoring prairie habitat along the Texas coast, including projects on private lands and on public preserves, such as the Anahuac, Brazoria, Big Boggy, and other national wildlife refuges.
