Two commercials for Pants South, both mention bellbottoms, tank tops and crafted belts. Following the commercials is approximately 10 minutes of blank tape, then a recording of a radio show called Clifford Rice Jr. “Mr. Psychic”. This show discusses topics such as interpreting dreams, fate and destiny, ESP as a “gift”, and predicting the future. Interspersed are cues from the announcer to play client commercials. There are two types of tapes on the reel. Black polyester tape at the beginning, which is spliced to a brown acetate tape about a third of the way through. Tape slows down at the end starting at 23:58. Handwritten on the case is PANTS SOUTH. Masking tape on the flange: PANTS SOUTH Master.
