A copy of a letter from Elton and Helen Eubanks of Port Arthur, TX sent to President Richard Nixon and copied to Jack Brooks. The Eubanks' express their disapproval of campus protests and resultant opposition to the lowering of the voting age to eighteen. The 26th amendment to the Constitution, lowering the voting age to eighteen, was ratified the following year.
