Photograph of confrontation on The University of Texas campus near the Texas Union restaurant known as the Chuck Wagon. Students, non-students, Department of Public Safety officers, and Austin police had a confrontation inside and around the restaurant. The issue was whether non-students should be allowed in the Chuck Wagon. In the scuffle, glass doors were shattered, tables were overturned, and eight persons, five of whom were students, were arrested. Later, at least 22 others were arrested and named in grand jury indictments.
