A copy of reporter Sarah McClendon's newsletter with a segment referring to Jack Brooks's 1994 election loss to Steve Stockman and speculation about an aide to Pat Buchanan. McClendon references the second congressional district which was represented by Jack Brooks from 1953-1967, but after re-districting Brooks represented the ninth congressional district until 1995. The segment on Brooks's election is underlined, perhaps by Brooks.
