[This publication was issued at the time General Santa Anna was again coming to power and other states were declaring for him. Streeter 775 records the decision of Coahuila and Texas to support Santa Anna, and this folio is apparently the "various documentos" attached as referenced by Streeter 775 note. The first page, a broadside signed by José Maria de Letona, is followed by a 4 page folder printed on 3 pages with documentos numbered 1 through 5, the declarations of officials for Santa Anna.
