John Connally and his responses to protests by PASSO, a Mexican American group protesting low agricultural wages and poor working conditions in the Rio Grande Valley. The last part of the interview covers Carr's personal pain while successfully fending off corruption charges related to the Sharpstown Stock Fraud Scandal.
