Ball, Chairman of the Waterways Committee of the Port Arthur Chamber of Commerce, telling him that he will have the opportunity to testify before the House Appropriations Subcommittee on Public Works on the McGee Bend Dam. He mentions that written statements regarding the other projects important to the district, including the Sabine-Neches waterway, should be prepared and submitted, but that in the interest of time, the oral arguments should be saved for discussing the McGee Bend Dam only.
