Description
-
Public utilities have stretched far out to the better suburbs, but have circled or skipped areas in the heart of the city which breed filth and disease. Quoted from a report to the Planning Commission by the Corpus Christi Housing Authority--undated--but probably in 1943. The area referred to has been extended and little attempt has been made to solve the drainage problems Corpus Christi, Texas.
