On the back of the photograph, there’s a typed note that says, "Miss Thelma Wilbur has taken over the duties of the boy that used to walk all over the refinery changing daily steam chart recorders. Every day rain or shine sees Thelma walking from recorder to recorder changing charts that she turns in to the Power House for observation." In addition, written in pencil is the number, "99." Also, written in pencil is, "Paulsboro Refinery." There’s also a sticker that says, "1942-1945 - Fairfax, NJ Geographical Subject." There’s also a stamp that says, "Return to: Socony-Vacuum Oil Co., Inc., Advertising Department, 26 Broadway, New York, NY."
