A woman worker, Katharine Raively, is welding in a factory. There’s an inscription that says, "Katharine Raively finishes welding a brass ring used as the top portion of a copper funnel. Kate is learning the welding trade and replaces a man now working for Uncle Sam." In pencil there is a number, "85," and "Paulsboro Refinery." There’s also a sticker that says, "1942-1945 - Fairfax, NJ Geographical Subject." Also, on a stamp it says, "Return to: Socony-Vacuum, Advertising Department, 26 Broadway, New York, NY."
