It is a specially constructed piece of equipment used to run viscosities on hydraulic oils that must pass a minus forty temperature test. These oils are used in the many hydraulic systems of our modern planes." In pencil, there is a number, "76," and written "Paulsboro Refinery." There’s a sticker that says, "1942-1945 - Fairfax, NJ Geographical Subject." There’s a stamp that says, "Return to: Socony-Vacuum Oil Co., Inc., Advertising Department, 26 Broadway, New York, NY."
