This item is a letter from F.W. Chandler to John L. Haynes in which he expressed his offense at the perceived abuse he suffered by the hand of Haynes in his last letter, and attempted to clarify those issues on which they had disagreed. There is an annotation by Haynes on the back of the letter, as seen in this image.
